Assessment Materials - MathPACE grades 4 – Algebra

At Pacent, we believe formally assessing student work on a consistent basis promotes effective diagnosis of student deficiencies and identification of common mistakes. Each MathPACE program consists of 31 weekly open response assessments that match the language and difficulty of the CST and are carefully aligned to California state content standards and CST blueprints.

All MathPACE programs come with 30 item quarterly assessments that have been crafted to match the CST blueprint distribution and match CST trends and language.

Planning Materials

Each weekly assessment has a SCIP guide that identifies; new concepts being taught, teaching strategies, resources in your curriculum that are aligned to the weekly concepts, and sub grade level concepts that are pre-requisite skills relevant to the current core concepts.

SCIP

Lesson Plans- Pacent provides daily lesson plans tailored to your curriculum that identify student objective, examples, guided practice problems, independent practice problems and ideas for homework.

Support Lessons- Pacent can also provide daily lesson plans for strategic classes. Each lesson consists of student objectives focused on building the relevant pre-requisite skills for the core concepts and identifies resources in your curriculum that assist teachers addressing student deficiencies.

PacentReporter is an online database tailored to your particular testing program and curriculum offering students, teachers, administrators, and parents valuable reports pinpoint areas of success and areas of weakness as well as identify resources in the your curriculum that target individual needs.

Each Pacent product is designed to facilitate effective teacher collaboration that focuses on sharing best practices, reviewing student work, and making sound instructional decisions based upon your weekly data. Pacent Specialists are available on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis to lead Pacent patented Structured Collaborative Instructional Planning- SCIP) increasing the benefits of your Pacent program.

Math Program Audit

Pacent specialists will research your math program and provide a comprehensive analysis of recent data, local formative and summative assessments, teacher instructional and planning time, professional development efforts, and teacher collaboration. Audits will conclude with an extensive Pacent Improvement Plan (PIP) mapping out possible solutions to particular programmatic needs.
